I would really like to learn how to do the twine, but I am not a very flexible person. Can you please tell me how many days, if I do regular stretching, I will be able to do the twine? And please recommend a good trainer who teaches it, preferably online.

It’s important for the average person to be somewhat flexible, have mobile joints, healthy ligaments and elastic muscles to be healthy, and it’s not at all necessary to try to sit in a twine.
