Error on my ninja air fryer

I tried to call about an error on my Ninja air fryer. I have the model that folds up for counter space. The person wouldnt help me until I have a credit card over the phone. They said it was some verification process. I received to help with my error issue because I refused to give them my card information. Awful customer service.

I knew of the reputation of the ninja kitchen and bought the 11 in 1 as a means of potentially saving on fuel costs. I can’t give figures for any potential savings but I do know cooking times are now a fraction of what they were.

Easy to learn how to use and I like the way the slider takes you from one means of cooking to another and lots of cooking methods within each. The instruction booklet is easy to use, I made a couple of minor errors but only down to inexperience, nothing spoiled and no damage done
