Comcast customer service is terrible

Comcast customer service is terrible. Can’t speak with a human until you jump through the hoops and then I finally get somone who is in another country and keeps asking the same questions over and over again. It is my feeling that the overseas person was stalling for time (Billable hours?) I been with Xfinity (i.e. Comcast) for over 20 years, I think it’s time to cut the cord. What an insult!!!
