    Get your parents (or anyone over 21) to rent the car and add you as a driver which will cost a ton extra since you are underage. Until then, wait a few more years

    Do not have someone rent a car and you drive it. If anything happens, you will be is some real big trouble as well as the “friend” who rented the car.
