Thanks for the instruction. But how will it work in my Mac? I don’t have those program that you mentioned. And I don’t use Outlook either.

You can use Homebrew for it. This feature is way too understimated. But it will help you install all apps that you need, but wasn’t installed by Apple factory installations. Here https://setapp.com/how-to/install-homebrew-on-mac you can read a tutorial on how to install it to your computer. So, hopefully soon you will solve your problems with conversion.
