Amazon Prime members can now get Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V for free. Currently, Amazon Prime Gaming is offering Battlefield 1 for free till August 4 while Battlefield V will available from August 2 through October 1.
Amazon has been collaborating with Electronics Arts (EA) to offer free Battlefield titles for quite some time now. Last year, Amazon Prime members could download Battlefield 3 for free during Prime Day while this year’s Prime Day saw Battlefield 4 being given away. All this points to indications that EA is building enough hype and traction for Battlefield 2042 ahead of its October 22 release this year.
To get your hands on free keys for Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V, simply login to your Prime Gaming account and claim the loot. Once claimed, this code can them be redeemed in your Origin account either via the desktop PC client or via the Origin website.
In case you do not have an Amazon Prime account, you can sign up for a 30-day trial and still redeem the loot on Prime Gaming provided you reside in one of the eligible countries or territories.
If Prime Gaming is not your cup of tea or you live in an unsupported territory, Steam is offering Battlefield 1 Revolution for free this weekend. This includes all campaigns and four expansion packs included with premium pass and the Red Baron, Lawrence of Arabia, and Hellfighter content packs.
Any progress made during the free play time will carry over if you decide to eventually purchase the game, which, incidentally, is now available for US$5/€5 until August 4. Need more cheaper options? Third-party stores now seem to offer legit Steam codes for Battlefield 1 for as low as €0.45 at the time of writing.
With diverse single-player campaigns and a great multiplayer experience even several years after release, EA’s Battlefield franchise is easily among one of those must-have titles in a gamer’s library, more so when it is available for the absolutely stellar price of zero, nada, zilch, free.

The outrageous load times speak for itself. In this game, everything takes far too long. It takes an eternity to get back to the menu screen at the end of a match. That’s terrible enough, but it’s only going to become worse. They do almost nothing to introduce novice players to the game’s mechanics. I would play mobile games on pc instead of this.
