Microsoft word won’t open on mac because it cant communicate with mac or to solve this issue firstly Open library and type Library in the Go to the Folder and hit the Go button this folder contain preferences file that you set for the ms word program …. exit every Microsoft program running on your mac and click on the word option in the Apple menu
